Owners’ Christmas Morning

We were delighted that some 50 owners and members of Yen Hall Farm Racing braved the freezing temperatures and the snow and ice to come along to the yard on Saturday, 17 December. As there was so much snow, we met in the stable barn and, following hot drinks and cakes, paraded horses inside. The team had done a great job to decorate the barn and wore their Christmas jumpers and Santa hats and, as you can see from the photograph, even introduced a reindeer (?) to the owners. Later, we all moved up to The Bell, one of our local pubs who looked after us very well and provided delicious soup, hot sausage rolls, mince pies and sandwiches.

It was lovely to see so many of our owners and club members and an excellent way to start the Christmas festivities.
