Four Towns Scores for Yen Hall Farm Racing

 In Latest News

Four Towns won on his second start for the yard, winning the 2 mile 1 1/2 hurdle race at Fontwell on 22 September. This was Four Towns first ever win from 15 starts and perhaps not surprisingly he was sent off at 10/1. James Best gave him an excellent ride, keeping him at the back and as switched off as possible for the first mile or so and then letting him creep into the race going down the back straight. Coming around the final bend, Four Towns was going so well that James hardly seemed to move on him, while making a cheeky move up the inside of the bend. Challenging for the lead two out, Four Towns strode ahead coming to the final obstacle and won convincingly by some 2 1/2 lengths. A double for the yard (following The Wise Traveller’s win the day before) and a great start to the season and a double for our racing club, Yen Hall Farm Racing seen below congratulating Four Towns in the winner’s enclosure.
